The Willetts Tech Account Manager is responsible for managing new and existing clients, building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals. The successful candidate is an organized project manager, balancing initiatives across many clients.
TECH SUPPORT HELPDESK AGENT
Cumberland, Maryland Office
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE working in end user IT support environments or a two (2) year technical degree in relevant study. This position will be supporting multiple clients and multiple locations across multiple states. The work environment is fast paced and full of energy with opportunities to work alongside experienced system engineers and network engineers. Must be willing to travel out of state occasionally for special projects. The ideal candidate is self motivated and an independent problem solver.
